The Cederstrand Foundation is excited to be hosting a Sledge Hockey Come and Try Tournament to raise funds in order to provide sporting equipment to those with disabilities.

About the event
What: 5 teams will compete in a mini tournament with games running 15 minutes, playing on ⅓ of the ice. Guarantee a minimum of 4 games.
Who: We want you! Enter your team pay by October 31st. We recommend a minimum of 6 players per team. We will provide you with a 7th player with it either being a professional sledge hockey player or celebrity guest to assist your team.
Cost: 500$/team This includes: sleds, sticks, gloves, helmets (but we recommend bringing your own helmet and gloves), food & beverages.
